Wow, today felt like such a fast paced long day… Not in a bad way though… I think… We just keep getting more and more news about the new reasons to move on up to Ohio, and I realized today how much I REALLY don’t want to go. Well, on a lighter note: Disney seems to be coming closer and closer, I can almost feel it! And though I am excited, I am also starting to stress out with all the things that must be done fore hand… such as packing… I HATE packing, it only encourages my OCD about making list after check list @.@ !!!
I mean, it’s summer, I’m not even 16 yet and I make a to do list ever since I was ten XD
I think it’s kind of sad though that I find this the most relaxing part of my day (blogging into open space)
Ah well, to each her weird pleasure huh? Now on to my day… I believe I woke up around seven, but it felt earlier, and had a very refreshing breakfast. Cottage Cheese, Blueberries, Kashi GOLEAN Cereal, Sugar-free Maple Syrup, & Cinnamon mix. Ah, and a comforting cup of blueberry tea~ Then… I made the family (in case you haven’t noticed, they don’t give a damn about any kind of healthy eating etc. at all, they’ve admitted, and god knows I’ve tried to encourage it and sneak it for them when I can…) some Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits, sliced strawberries w/ stevia, and regular sausage patties set out with maple syrup, butter, and jam. Okay so it’s not that bad today huh?

Then right after I took a shower and cleaned up the kitchen I went to the gym for about an hour, having a golden corn vita top right before I went since it had been a little while since breakfast. Then heading home for lunch, thankfully, just for me since my mom and sister’s went out shopping and my Dad just wanted a fluffer nutter (easy enough XD ). Lunch was, so quick and easy yet DELICIOUS! I had both of the Gordon’s Fisherman Grilled Signature Tilapia and the Green Giant Asian Veggie Medley Steamer. And of course a chocolate mint vita top, VERY satisfying lunch!


Don’t worry, right after lunch I hopped in the shower again for a sec to wash up after the gym, but then had to get out of the house an hour later (just enough time to make a packing check list and grocery list) for people to come see the house. I didn’t want to come home starved (which I seem to often do when I leave around 2-3 and come back at 7-9) I decided to grab a chewy Kashi Honey Almond and Flax Granola Bar. YUM! Worked wonders, I felt great all the time we were out and while fixing dinner when I got home!

It felt like we went all over the place! First we went to walgreen’s to drop of my sister’s prescriptions for re-fill, went to super target to look for The Office Season 4 (they didn’t) although I did get “My Life in Paris” by Julia Child since I finished reading The Julie/Julia project and thought I needed a read for the plane ride anyways, off to the next target (to get The Office, which we did) and wipes for my grandmother, drop off the wipes, then go to HEB PLUS (grocery store) and shop for a few things to make with some things we already have at home/ to complete meals etc. some things that are easy and my sisters like that my Dad can make them while me and my mom are gone (like Ravioli, Spaghetti Os, MAc n’ Cheese, Waffles, Frozen Stouffer Dinners etc.) and a couple goodies for myself, like some Kashi oatmeal I want to try and some more of that Gordon Tilapia (but this time I got the garlic butter, gonna try both things tomorrow ^^ , hopefully!)… then BACK to Walgreens to pick up the prescription and to rent “The Passenger” at the Red Box, I actually found a cute little air pop popcorn popper there for ten bucks ^^ .
Dinner was the family’s sure fire favorite spaghetti, fresh HEB bakery french bread, and hand fresh Cesar salad, and strawberry kool-aid. I had a Italian style Tyson Chicken Caesar Salad w/ parmesan cheese and light caesar dressing, and a Chocolate Fig Vita Top for dessert, I can’t put my finger on it exactly but there was something about this flavor I just loved, and completed my dinner/ day nicely. Go figure. Wish I had more than one left ha-ha.

After finishing cleaning up dinner, I started to bake a German Chocolate Cake (Dad’s Favorite Dessert/ or cake anyways) and while it was baking, made some popcorn with the new popcorn maker as a late night snack for all of us to share, with just a couple sprays of “I Can’t Believe it’s not Butter”. I ‘Can’t Believe’ my sister’s actually loved this stuff, I hardly got more than a handful ha-ha! Yay, *writes down a snack sisters like other than french fries and/or chips and dip* plus it makes the house smell nice.

See what I mean by a long day? And I only touched the basics, you should see my never completed to do list, phew, but again like I said, not a bad day, just long. Sadly not exciting or extremely eventful but of course I felt better since I got to go to the gym, I always do ^^ (Oh! I also am gonna get my hair dyed back to brown)
