Last day in San Antonio before Orlando folks! Yay! Time to get everything ready to go~ I am so pumped.
So today was pretty fast and busy (maybe also do in part that I woke up about an hour later than usual) so I needed a good running start, and like I said, I’ve been getting into a Kashi kick, and I am liking it~
This morning I had two of their GO LEAN blueberry waffles (I over toasted them, but the waffles them selfs were great) topped with butter spray and cinnamon, Oikos plain yogurt mixed with a scoop of whey protein powder (vanilla) & ground cinnamon, and of course a hot cup of herbal tea. It was a very nice filling breakfast to wake up to~ And since I got my blueberry fix I wasn’t tempted at all making them some large blueberry and crumble muffins witch they adored, and I munched on an apple for snack.

Then not-so-shortly afterwards my Dad dropped my sister Niki and I off at the YMCA, while he went to go pick up his suits, and I tried these new to me things called “sport beans”, by Jelly Belly, supposedly like an energy drink kind of thing in Jelly Bean form? Well I read more of the package as I was waiting to be picked up when I was finished and your suppose to eat a pack like before during AND after… which I guess would be worth it for a triathlon etc runner but not for my purposes and I quiet honestly didn’t feel much different (I excepted as much of course, but they were still as good as any other Jelly Bean lol).

When I got back I wasn’t really hungry at all even though it was about two, so I knew that wasn’t good because I was a tad hungry in the middle of my work out (well, thats kind of weird for me too) So I made something absolutely YUM YUM YUM YUMMY and protein packed for my after work out meal!

I have had this salad idea in mind for awhile but haven’t gotten around to actually making it but today I finally did, and it was fantastic (I’ll put up the recipe, on the recipe page~) Packed with protein from the Boca Chili and chicken, then fiber from the home-made low carb tortilla strips, and baby greens made this salad very filling for an extra half hour longer work out ^^ (Plus a short bike ride later, in which I had a frozen vitatop afterward)
My day was a bit too busy to blog more on that point (AKA my cell phone died when we went out to fire wok)
Anyways once it is revived I will put up a pick of my new hair cut! (Wait, may be awhile since… I AM GOING TO DISNEY TOMORROW WOO!)
